To reserve our property, you can visit our website or get in touch with us via phone or email. We’ll assist you through the booking process, check availability, and provide all the necessary information.

  – We accept various payment methods, including credit cards. Your payment information is securely processed by trusted third-party payment processors. Rest assured, we do not have access to your credit card details, ensuring a safe and secure transaction.

   – Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact us in advance. 

   – We adore furry friends too, but we regretfully cannot accommodate pets at this time. Thank you for understanding.

 – Our cancellation policy may vary based on your specific reservation and the timing of your cancellation. Typically, reservations canceled well in advance may incur a restocking fee, while last-minute cancellations might not be refundable. Precise details about cancellations and refunds are outlined in your booking agreement. If you have questions about the cancellation policy, please reach out to us for clarification.

 

   – Yes, fresh towels and linens are included for each stay. We ensure that the number of towels and linens matches the available beds and the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental.

   – During your stay, we provide complimentary toiletries, including hand soap, body wash, and toothpaste. You’ll also find essential pantry items such as coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Additionally, we supply paper goods like paper towels and toilet paper. As a special treat, we offer a Welcome ‘Snack’ with each stay.

   – Our vacation rental properties strictly adhere to occupancy limits. If you need accommodations for additional guests, please contact us, and we’ll assist in finding nearby available properties based on availability. Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in eviction from the property.

   – You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email or platform message three days before your check-in date. If you have any questions about these instructions before receiving them, please reach out to our Guest Support team.

   – The security deposit fee is a refundable charge collected to cover potential damages during your stay. It ensures the protection of the property while you enjoy your visit.

   – Your rental includes full access to the entire property. We provide support during the booking process, help you plan your stay, and offer assistance while you’re at the property. Additionally, we conduct post-stay follow-ups to ensure your satisfaction.

 

– Extending your stay is possible, depending on availability. Please reach out to us with your request, and we will assist you in making the necessary arrangements for a longer and enjoyable vacation.

  – We ensure that the property is meticulously cleaned and disinfected before each reservation. For extended stays or specific bookings, cleaning services are available upon guest request, with the guest responsible for the associated cost. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities.

   – Many of our properties are family-friendly, offering amenities and features suitable for children. If you have specific needs or concerns regarding your family’s stay, please contact us, and we’ll help you choose the most suitable property.
