By making a reservation at the Vernon House, you agree that you have read all the house rules and will abide by them. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in a partial or full loss of your security deposit and/or immediate removal from the property. We are thrilled that you’ve selected us as your hosts for your stay in Phoenix. Ensuring is our utmost priority.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable, safe, and filled with incredible memories we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following house rules:

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in is at 3 pm
• Check-out is at 11 am.

We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow us ample time for cleaning and preparing for our next guests.

Maximum Occupancy:

  Our property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests. We appreciate your understanding in not exceeding this limit.

No Smoking:

   – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. For guests who smoke, designated outdoor areas are provided. Please be considerate and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

No Pets Allowed:

   – We adore furry friends, too, but we regretfully cannot accommodate pets now. Thank you for understanding.

Respectful Quiet Hours: 10 PM-7 AM

   – We have wonderful neighbors and want to keep it that way! Kindly be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Parties and Events:

   – To maintain a serene and comfortable atmosphere for guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, gatherings, or events on the property.

No unregistered guests:

–  Names of any guests staying at the property must be provided at the time of booking).

No third-party bookings: 

–  Reservations cannot be made on behalf of another person under any circumstances.

No Drugs, Illegal or Illicit substances of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property. This includes marijuana.

   – The Property should not be used for any unlawful purpose, including using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband. No law or ordinance should be violated.

No Filming or recording of any kind at any time or anywhere on the property.

Cleanliness:

   – “Cleanliness is next to godliness!” Please leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition you found it keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room, and respect the Host’s requests regarding check-out procedures. Dispose of trash in the provided bins, and place used towels and linens in the designated area.

Kitchen Use:

   – If you use the kitchen, please be sure to clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware and return them to their respective places.

Appliance Use:

   – Kindly use appliances as intended and follow any provided instructions. Don’t forget to turn off lights, fans, and electronics when they are not in use.

Respect for Property:

    – We trust you to treat our property with care and respect just like you would treat yours. Any damage to the property or its contents will be the guest’s responsibility.

Lost and Found:

    – If you accidentally leave behind personal belongings, please know that we will do our very best to return them to you. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Security and Keys:

    – Please help us maintain the security of the property by locking all doors and windows when you depart. Avoid sharing keys or access codes with unauthorized individuals.

Emergencies:

   – Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number in case of an emergency. Please also notify us if there are any property-related issues.

Feedback:

    – We appreciate your feedback! If you have any comments, suggestions, or concerns about your stay, please share them with us. Your input helps us improve our hosting.
